BERRIES UND KIWI SMOOTHIE

Ich habe heute Morgen diesen schnellen Beeren- und Kiwi-Smoothie zum Frühstück gemacht. Was für ein Schub an Vitaminen! Und natürlich sehr lecker, auch wichtig. Die Sojamilch macht es zu einem Smoothie, der ziemlich sättigend ist, so dass Sie es zum Frühstück trinken können. Wenn Sie es nicht füllend genug finden, nehmen Sie zum Beispiel diese Mandel-Zimt-Pfannkuchen. Als fruchtiger Snack ist dieser Smoothie auch sehr lecker und Sie wissen sicher, dass Sie genug Vitamine bekommen!

Das Schöne an diesem Shake ist, dass er nicht so viele Zutaten benötigt, was ihn zu einem billigen und besonders schnellen Frühstück macht. Am einfachsten ist es, genug für 2 große Gläser zu machen. Gießen Sie dann einfach 2 Gläser voll und stellen Sie eines mit Aluminiumfolie bedeckt in den Kühlschrank. Nachmittags gut umrühren und trotzdem super lecker!

Was brauchst du?

400 ml Mandel- / Sojamilch

2 Kiwis

75 gr Blaubeeren (frisch oder gefroren)

Saft einer halben Zitrone

1 Teelöffel Zimt

1 Teelöffel Leinsamen / Chiasamen

Und wie geht es dir?

Schneiden Sie die Kiwi in Stücke.

Gießen Sie die Mandel- / Sojamilch in einen Mixer. Fügen Sie die Kiwi, Blaubeeren, Zitronensaft, Zimt und Leinsamen oder Chiasamen hinzu. Lassen Sie den Mixer 1 bis 2 Minuten lang auf der höchsten Stufe mixen, bis der Smoothie schön und gleichmäßig ist.

In 2 große Gläser füllen. Decken Sie eine mit Aluminiumfolie ab und stellen Sie sie in den Kühlschrank. Auf diese Weise können Sie später einen Smoothie als Snack (oder Mittagessen) genießen. Und genieße das andere Glas.
